Inner Domain Holistic Health

Where You Go to Be Cared For

Inner Domain Holistic Health is a psychiatric practice for adults who want space to slow down, understand what’s beneath the surface, and receive care that looks at the whole picture rather than isolated symptoms.

At Inner Domain, we focus on what’s actually driving your symptoms and choose an approach that fits—whether that’s medication, therapy, or a combination of both.

My work is collaborative and grounded. In a culture that rewards constant motion, I believe people heal when they finally have space to pause. Sessions are a place to make sense of patterns and build emotional steadiness in a way that feels sustainable. The goal isn’t to push through or fix yourself, but to reconnect with clarity, balance, and a steadier way forward.

About Me

I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience. I currently serve as an Assistant Professor at Oregon Health & Science University.

My background as a primary care provider shapes how I approach mental health treatment. I consider how emotional health, physical health, and stress interact over time, rather than treating symptoms in isolation. I completed my psychiatric training at Johns Hopkins to bring more depth, thoughtfulness, and evidence-based care into my work.

I provide affirming, trauma-informed care across diverse identities. My work is collaborative, warm, and grounded in real-world clinical experience.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking in the Pacific Northwest, strength training, staying curious about metabolic health, and building balance into daily life.

About My Practice

In addition to medication management, I offer in-depth therapy using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). IFS helps you understand the different parts of yourself that are in conflict, while ART is a powerful tool for processing trauma without reliving it in detail. My holistic approach addresses your nervous system, not just your symptoms, helping you feel grounded and clear.

I work with adults navigating:

  • ADHD

  • Anxiety & Depression

  • Trauma & PTSD

  • Mood Disorders & OCD

  • Women’s Concerns (PMDD)

  • Life Transitions & Chronic Stress

  • Body Image Concerns

  • Identity-Affirming Care

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a trauma-informed psychotherapy that uses guided eye movements to help reduce emotional and physiological distress associated with difficult experiences. Many clients find it helpful for trauma, anxiety, and stress-related symptoms, and it does not require detailed verbal retelling of traumatic events.
