Care is available in person at my SE office Monday-Thursday 9-5 pm, or virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

I’m in network with Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, Meritain, Premera, Providence and United Health. PacificSource will be accepted starting Feb. 1, 2026. Moda will be accepted later in 2026.

$500 for intake appointments.
$300-$500 for follow-up appointments.
Payment is due at time of service.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed with less notice may incur a $150 cancellation fee.

The secure patient portal is the preferred way to communicate between appointments. Messages are checked on business days and responded to within 48 hours. Please note that email is not a confidential form of communication for sharing personal health information.

Medication refills are provided during scheduled appointments to support safe and consistent care. If a refill is needed between visits, please submit your request through the secure SimplePractice portal and allow at least five business days for processing.
For your privacy and safety, refill requests cannot be accepted by email, text, or directly from the pharmacy.
