About Me
I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of clinical experience, beginning in family medicine and expanding into psychiatry. My career has been guided by curiosity about the human experience, how our physical health, emotions, and environments intersect to shape well-being.
I’m continually inspired by the resilience I’ve witnessed in the people I’ve worked with. That perspective informs everything I do: meeting each person with compassion, curiosity, and respect for their unique process of change. I believe that healing happens in the context of trust, and I strive to build a relationship where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely met.
My work now focuses on helping adults navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma with a blend of medical expertise and psychotherapeutic understanding.
